Espinho

Espinho is a small seaside village in Portugal around 20 kilometres south of Porto. Like the rest of northern Portugal, the water can be a tad chilly, but it's a lovely spot for a stroll on a summer's day. If you're feeling energetic, there is a walking and cycling path from Porto to Espinho (with some road sections), otherwise you can catch the train.
